Implosion: Bachmann Self-Destructs or One Dim Bulb Begets Another!

You just knew it was coming. From the very first time you ever listened to this woman, you just knew that there was something not quite right there. And the more you listened, even though she hid out from the press as much as possible, the more you were assured that, excuse me I am not trying to be mean, but this woman was a megalomaniac and an idiot to boot!

So it came as no surprise that Minnesota's national joke of a Congresswoman, Michelle Bachmann said something so stupid that her career would be over, it was just a surprise that it came so late. From the early days of her term when she mugged a kiss from the President, W, as he walked down the aisle of Congress to make his State of the Union speech to the waning days of her campaign and her pathetic appeal to "liberty and freedom". The way she clamped on to the President that night two and a half years ago, I was reminded of Dr. Strangelove, yet a female version.

Despite all the humor she has provided, I certainly won't miss this woman, but I guess this does mean the end of the incandescent light bulb. Well, how ironic, one dim bulb begot another.
